SOCIAL ETHICS WITH BUSINESS
In the current business scenario it is felt that to gain boost growth and maintain sustainability in the consumer market. An company need to make a or establish a pool of social ethics with the society.
Society in business is a factor which paddling the profit cycle of business. In 1980 or before 1990 it seen that business choose his own price for his product but now a days it is totally opposite now customer determine his own price.
Now a day’s many company use social ethics as a bullet to hit his particular customer segment such as Nokia, Tata Tea, and Times of India are its example.
Social ethics may be beneficial in both terms for business say internally and externally. According to classification both feature and advantage are different but within common objective (provide growth to the company)

External Ethics

External ethics are those ethics which are fulfilled by company outside the organization means the responsibility or duty which done by the company if favour of the society in which he is running his business activity with the motive of gaining profit with establishing prestige and brand reminder in the mind of customer that stuck at time when consumer making choice between the alternative product available in the market.

Advantage of External Social ethics

• Maintain link between the company and society

• Increase the prestige and value of the company in the market

• To certain level try to change the negative perception of people for company

• Can wide the customer segment

• Increase business profitability and growth

Internal Ethics

Internal ethics are those in which company fulfills his ethics within the firm or organization or in other word in this company firm work for the development of his employee or worker. Today many companies provide some time in office hours as entertainment hours to reduce stress level among its employee.
In this company work in the favour of the worker.

Advantage of Internal social ethics

Increase the belongingness between the firm and its employee

Increase the morale of employee

Work quality achieved
Reduce employee turnover ratio

Provide growth to the company

So at last in my opinion for an company it is very necessary to take help of social ethics to communicate with society with earning profit perspectives.

Online or E-Business In India

Some days ago there is a discussion between me and my college friend on On-line Business In India. According to him On-line Business cannot survive in Indian environment. He state that India is a country where people want to feel product before purchasing the product. But at that time I am totally confuse that I should go in favour of my friend or against my friend. Then I decided to visit various company website and surf for practical online business application in India.

Result : After visited the many big companies website like HUL ,Nivea etc. I felt that my opinion on topic will be 40% in favour and 60% against the topic.

In simple word I am 60% agree with my friend and 40% against my friend.

Reason for being unstable in favour of topic is slow initiative of companies to promote the online or e-business in India. For example I visited the HUL ,Nivea company website but from the customer point of view if I want to place an order to the company from home without wasting my precious time

then from the website I am unable to do it.

“Why would it happen” because there is no section in the whole website of company where I can place order.

India is a developing country where growth is moving in upward direction which result in increase in per capita income and standard of living of people.

Now a days in India Internet sector is also increasing his boundary in Indian society and around 55% of people using internet at their home and offices specially youth section of society. In metro cities out of 55% at least 15% of people are suffering from the problem of busy life schedule they are bind in circle of office to home and home to office in between they don’t have time to visit any shop for purchasing product that may result in rejection of demand of product or postponed of that demand. So in this case company from which customer want to purchase product suffer loss in form of losing his premium and precious customer.

Suggestion

So in my point of view companies should follow such approach by which company can easily able to extract money from the pocket of above case customer and to reach or grasp such customer company should use e-business approach which may result in

· Create demand for the product

· Induce people to purchase the product

· Increase profitability and prestige of the company

· Provide accessibility to target each and every customer of society

· May improve or increase distribution system of company

· Direct relation establish with customer

· Mode of advertising for the company

· Work as salesmen for company

Marketing Strategy for Attract Middle Class in India

In India where most porpotion of the middle class people in whole population so applying same marketing technique on each class of indian society is not beneficial in my opinion.
In India where people "want good quality with less price". People are here very sensetive to price of product little increase in price may may affect the whole demand of product or may decline quantity of the product. For example increase in the price of milk force middle class people to decrease their demand .

For an marketing it is very necessary to understand the like and dislike of the class segment on which he is going to target.

In case of india seller need to maintain healthy relationship with his customer to maintain his customer or to bind his customer in way that he will increase the seller value in the market and bring additional customer to his shop for this he may use following technique.

Tech 1 -- Seller should provide good quality with less price in comparision of his competitors.

Tech 2 -- Seller should provide a discount on monthly basis purchase.
